Go!
Pacific Science Center brings hands-on
science and reading together in this interactive program
designed especially for younger audiences. Participants
will listen to one of their favorite stories and then join
in hands-on science and math activities inspired by the
book!
Choose from 5 workshop topics: (Grades K-3 and families)

Insects - Examine
creepy-crawlies.
Build A Bridge
- Design your own bridge.
Marvelous Moon
- Make craters and launch
rockets!
Tooth Sleuth
- Investigate animal skulls.
Making Music
- Experiment with sound waves
and percussion instruments.
Requirements:
- Classroom or meeting room
- 2-3 tables
- Chair for storytelling
- Access to electricity
- $300 for up to 2 workshops on the same day
- $150 each for additional workshop on the same day
- A 48.5c per mile mileage fee will be charged for all programs (subject to change)
- Lodging costs and an
overnight fee of $45 per staff, per night may be
required. (Pacific Science Center will make every effort
to find reasonably priced lodging)
