Pacific Science Center's Science on the
Go!
Science on the Go!
takes hands-on, inquiry-based
science on the road, specifically for your after school
science club. We bring a series of six 1-hour workshops
right to you, once a week. All series build on the
Washington State Grade Level Expectations and enrich
classroom curriculum. Our Science After School programs
bring science to life and aim to inspire a generation of
young scientists!

What Pacific Science Center does:
- Provides a series of after-school workshops at your school, taught by an experienced instructor
- Assists you with program selection and scheduling
- Provides all materials and supplies
- Inspires kids to take
an active interest in science, math and technology!
- Discuss registration and logistics with the Science on the Go! Coordinator
- Coordinate on-site facility
- Coordinate student sign-ups
- Provide one volunteer
or staff member per class
- $1,200 per series of 6 workshops
- A 48.5c per mile mileage fee will be charged for all programs (subject to change)
- Lodging costs and an
overnight fee of $45 per staff, per night may be
required. (Pacific Science Center will make every effort
to find reasonably priced lodging)
