Guidelines for Pacific Science Center's School Group Visit Assistance Program:

• To qualify for assistance, your Washington state school must have a minimum of 40% of students on a federal free and reduced-price meal program.
• Eligible schools must apply for assistance at least two weeks prior to the date of the reserved field trip.
• Schools must have already scheduled a field trip prior to submitting the application for assistance.
• Factoring Scholarship Assistance: Assistance award amount is determined by the percentage of students who participate in the federal free and reduced-price meal program. Admission fees to be paid by school range between $1.50 - $5.50 per person.
• Please apply early as funds are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis for as long as scholarship assistance is available.
• Requirement of Assistance: Schools receiving financial assistance will need to complete an evaluation form regarding the field trip. The evaluation form will arrive with the assistance award confirmation letter. Please complete and return the evaluation form within one week of your field trip.
