Welcome to our on-line sales page. We are very happy to announce that we are now able to offer discounted membership tickets on-line. We hope that this will be an easier and quicker way for you to obtain tickets without having to leave your home!
Here are a few things to know before purchasing tickets. Please read carefully before proceeding.
- There are no refunds or exchanges for tickets purchased online.
- A non-refundable service charge will be assessed for each ticket purchased online.
- Online sales are not available for day-of-event tickets. Day-of-event tickets are sold exclusively at Pacific Science Center's box office (please call 206.443.2844 for box office hours).
- For any event, online ticket sales will cease at 6:00pm on the day prior to the event.
- Your membership IMAX® passes/vouchers are not available for redemption on-line, and must be exchanged in person with your valid membership card at any Pacific Science Center ticket booth.
- Please be sure to arrive at least thirty minutes before the start time of your event to pick up your tickets. For purposes of safety and courtesy, no late seating is allowed for our IMAX® films.
- If at any point you would like assistance with your online purchase, please call the Visitor Services office at 206.443.2844, 10:00 am until 5:00 pm, Mon-Sun.
For fastest service, be sure to have your membership card(s), confirmation number, and the credit card that you used to purchase tickets ready to present when picking up tickets at Will Call. Our Will Call booth is located at the north entrance of Pacific Science Center (nearest the Seattle Center).
