Marine Exploration Weekend
Join Pacific Science Center and local scientists for a marine adventure! Take part in hands-on activities and engaging demonstrations while discovering all about the marine ecosystems research happening in your own backyard. Learn about marine mammals, fisheries, weather, Puget Sound conservation and exciting careers in science. Interact with real scientists who spend their days investigating complex and fascinating creatures and environments. This event is presented in partnership with the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration and other local research organizations.

Marine Exploration Weekend is a part of Portal to the Public, a new program at Pacific Science Center, supported by the National Science Foundation. Portal to the Public connects our community and area scientists through inspiring experiences that bring local research projects to life! Look forward to new and exciting programs over the coming years, highlighting current research and exciting new advances in science and technology right here under the arches!

Entry to Marine Exploration Weekend is included with the price of general admission. It's free for Pacific Science Center members.
