Refunds and exchanges will not be offered for IMAX films, Laser shows, or Special Engagement exhibits after the show has begun, or the entry time has passed.
We are happy to offer exchanges for tickets prior to the event start time subject to the following fees:
- Tickets may be exchanged on site free of any exchange fee
- Tickets may be exchanged over the phone, by mail, or by fax subject to an exchange fee
- $2.00 per ticket for non PSC members
- $2.00 per order for Nickel, Copper, Silver, or Gold level members
- No fee will be charged for Platinum, Titanium, or Discovery Circle members
