Wonder what's going on inside your body at this very moment? Delve inside at this year's Gross Out! event and discover the fascinating--and often unmentionable--processes that go on inside your body every day. Self-proclaimed "Grossologist" Sylvia Branzei, author of the Grossology series, will host presentations on a very disgusting subject: you! For example, did you know that you swallow about a quart of snot each day? Visitors can participate in the Gross Olympics, take the Plaque Test, and join in our Gross and Annoying Sing Along. Find out all you ever wanted to know (and more!) about what makes your body tick.

Other Gross Out! events include...

  • Grossology Presentations - Sylvia Branzei, author of the popular Grossology books and self-proclaimed "grossologist," demonstrates how to create edible fake poop, barf, and snot.

  • Gross Olympics - Participate in activities such as a burping contest, snot flinging, musical farts, and guess that smell to become the champion of grossness.

  • Face Painting - Visitors can earn their own scabs from our local face painter.

  • Gross and Annoying Songs - Join us for a sing along of the silliest and grossest songs around.

  • Take the Plaque Test - Do you brush and floss your teeth everyday? Take the plaque test and see what you are missing.

  • Barf Bag Coloring - Decorate and take home your very own Barf Bag.

  • Puget Sound Blood Center - With all that crazy winter weather our local blood banks are in desperate need for donations. Donate blood and save a life!
